Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer thin slices of cucumber on half of the bread slices.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and fresh dill over the cucumbers.
- Spread mayonnaise and chopped herbs on the other half of the bread slices.
- Close the sandwiches by placing the cream cheese side over the mayo side.
- Cut the sandwiches into quarters or triangles.
- Serve immediately or cover with a damp cloth until serving.
