Description

Delightful truffles that capture the essence of sugar cookies, featuring creamy cream cheese and rich white chocolate, coated in rainbow sprinkles.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • Sprinkles for coating

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix sugar cookie crumbs, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Dip each ball in melted white chocolate, then roll in sprinkles.
  5. Place back on the baking sheet and let set until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to a month. Substitute white chocolate with milk or dark chocolate if desired.
