- 1 cup white chocolate, melted

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix sugar cookie crumbs, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Dip each ball in melted white chocolate, then roll in sprinkles.
- Place back on the baking sheet and let set until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to a month. Substitute white chocolate with milk or dark chocolate if desired.
