- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk; mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
- Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While the cupcakes cool, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Once cupcakes are cool, top with whipped cream and additional strawberries if desired.
Notes
For a more indulgent experience, serve alongside vanilla ice cream or chocolate sauce drizzled on the plate.
