- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries to the oat mixture.
- Transfer the mixture into jars or containers with lids.
- Cover the jars and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
- Serve chilled straight from the fridge, and optionally top with more strawberries or honey.
Notes
These overnight oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add fresh strawberries each morning for best taste.
