Description

A delicious and easy breakfast featuring strawberries, creamy yogurt, and hearty oats, ready for you when you wake up.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Fold in the sliced strawberries to the oat mixture.
  3. Transfer the mixture into jars or containers with lids.
  4. Cover the jars and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  5. Serve chilled straight from the fridge, and optionally top with more strawberries or honey.

Notes

These overnight oats can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add fresh strawberries each morning for best taste.
