- 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions; once they are al dente, drain and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce mixture by mixing together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and cornstarch.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced beef and sauté until browned.
- Pour in the prepared sauce mixture and stir well to coat the beef evenly.
- Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens to a glossy consistency.
- Add cooked rice noodles to the pan and toss gently to ensure they are well-coated in the sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
