Description

A delightful fusion of rich flavors and textures with tender beef and rice noodles in a savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions; once they are al dente, drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the sauce mixture by mixing together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and cornstarch.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced beef and sauté until browned.
  4. Pour in the prepared sauce mixture and stir well to coat the beef evenly.
  5. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens to a glossy consistency.
  6. Add cooked rice noodles to the pan and toss gently to ensure they are well-coated in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
