Juicy and tender meatballs infused with the robust flavors of garlic and Parmesan cheese, enhanced by fresh spinach.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped spinach, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the meatballs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite sauce or pasta.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Avoid overcrowding the pan while cooking for even browning.
