Description

Delicious and easy-to-make spinach feta pinwheels, perfect for gatherings or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Spread the spinach and feta mixture evenly over the pastry.
  5. Starting from one edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log.
  6. Slice the rolled pastry into pinwheels about 1-inch thick.
  7. Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
