Ingredients

- 1 package of puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the chopped spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the spinach and feta mixture evenly over the pastry.
- Starting from one edge, roll the pastry tightly into a log.
- Slice the rolled pastry into pinwheels about 1-inch thick.
- Place the pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
