  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste or sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain them and set them aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the broccoli florets to the pan, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until tender and crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and chili paste, mixing well to combine everything.
  6. Toss in the cooked noodles, stirring until evenly coated with the sauce and heated through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu or tempeh. You can also add more vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas.
