- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz noodles (e.g., udon or rice noodles)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste or sriracha
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish

Instructions
- Begin by cooking the noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain them and set them aside.
- In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add them to the pan. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets to the pan, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until tender and crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and chili paste, mixing well to combine everything.
- Toss in the cooked noodles, stirring until evenly coated with the sauce and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu or tempeh. You can also add more vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas.
