- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and gently remove the yolks into a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, chili paste, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the empty egg whites.
