Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and gently remove the yolks into a bowl.
  2. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, chili paste, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the empty egg whites.
