Ingredients

- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn, drained
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing or southwestern dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until they are soft.
- Lay each tortilla on a flat surface for assembly.
- In the center of each tortilla, layer sliced chicken, black beans, corn, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and shredded cheese.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Slice the wraps in half if desired and serve immediately.
