Description

A vibrant and satisfying wrap filled with grilled chicken, black beans, corn, fresh veggies, and creamy dressing, perfect for quick meals.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or southwestern dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave until they are soft.
  2. Lay each tortilla on a flat surface for assembly.
  3. In the center of each tortilla, layer sliced chicken, black beans, corn, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and shredded cheese.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  6. Slice the wraps in half if desired and serve immediately.

Store unwrapped ingredients separately in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
