- 2 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter and mix in the sugar until smooth.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
- Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then gradually add this mixture to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold the shredded coconut and mini marshmallows into the brownie batter.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth it out evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the brownies cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar and cutting into squares.
