Description

Delightful brownies topped with fluffy marshmallows and sprinkled with coconut, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter and mix in the sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
  4. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then gradually add this mixture to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold the shredded coconut and mini marshmallows into the brownie batter.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth it out evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the brownies cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar and cutting into squares.

Notes
