Description

A delightful fusion of classic Caesar salad and interactive tacos, packed with flavor and excitement.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g ground chicken
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp bacon bits

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
  2. Spread a thin, even layer of the seasoned chicken mixture on the back of each tortilla.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a little avocado oil.
  4. Place the tortillas chicken side down in the skillet and cook until the chicken is golden and fully cooked, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Flip the tortilla to crisp up the other side.
  6. Top each taco with fresh romaine, a drizzle of Caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, and crispy bacon bits.
  7. Fold the tacos and enjoy the explosion of flavors.
