Description

A comforting slow-cooked dish featuring tender chicken and savory stuffing, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 package of stuffing mix
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the stuffing mix, chicken broth, chopped celery, onion, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the stuffing mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Once done, serve the chicken warm with the stuffing.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months.
