Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package of stuffing mix
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the stuffing mix, chicken broth, chopped celery, onion, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the stuffing mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Once done, serve the chicken warm with the stuffing.

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months.
