Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add to the creamy mixture.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan, smoothing the top.
- Create the crumb topping by mixing brown sugar, rolled oats, and ground cinnamon, then stir in melted butter.
- Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
