Description

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (for crumb topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and butter until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well until combined.
  4. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl, then gradually add to the creamy mixture.
  5. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared springform pan, smoothing the top.
  7. Create the crumb topping by mixing brown sugar, rolled oats, and ground cinnamon, then stir in melted butter.
  8. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the top of the batter.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  10. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
