Description

A festive twist on the classic Shamrock Shake, these creamy pudding cups are infused with mint and chocolate, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
  • Green food coloring
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or sprinkles for topping
  • Crushed cookies (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until it thickens.
  2. Stir in the mint extract and a few drops of green food coloring until you reach your desired shade.
  3. Spoon the pudding mixture into individual cups.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
