A delightful twist on classic Rice Krispie treats, combining the flavors of chocolate, caramel, and coconut.

- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the caramel sauce and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until smooth.
- Combine the Rice Krispies, shredded coconut, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the cereal blend and stir gently to coat.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and stir in the vanilla extract. Drizzle over the cooled Rice Krispie mixture.
- Let the chocolate set for at least 30 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
