- 1 package of Samoa cookies
- 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup of butter (melted)
- 2 cups of cream cheese
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of whipped cream
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Crush the Samoa cookies and mix with melted butter to form a crust. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream and shredded coconut until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared cookie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle chocolate chips on top before serving.
Notes
For best results, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature. Cheesecake can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
