Delicious brownies inspired by the beloved Girl Scout Samoa cookies, featuring chocolate, caramel, and toasted coconut.
Ingredients

- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients to prepare as on the box)
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon sea salt (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the brownie mix box and prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan, smoothing it out evenly.
- Bake according to the box instructions.
- Toast the shredded coconut in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until golden brown.
- Remove the brownies from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
- Spread the caramel sauce evenly over the top of the warm brownies.
- Scatter the toasted coconut over the caramel.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave and drizzle over the coconut layer.
- Optionally, sprinkle sea salt on top for contrast.
- Let it set before cutting into squares.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or a glass of cold milk. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
