- 1 cup brown sugar

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool slightly on the baking sheet, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
