Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the all-purpose flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart.
  6. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool slightly on the baking sheet, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
