- 1 package of keto-friendly ladyfingers or sponge cake (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the Creamy Base: In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract. Whip until smooth and creamy, creating a luscious base that captures the essence of traditional tiramisu.
- Dip the Ladyfingers: Dip each ladyfinger or sponge cake piece briefly in the cooled coffee, making sure not to soak them.
- Layer the First Base: Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers at the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread the Mascarpone Mixture: Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Dust with Cocoa Powder: Dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder.

Notes
