Description

A delightful dessert combining sweet pineapple and salty pretzels, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine the crushed pretzels and melted butter, then press into a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and crushed pineapple gently.
  3. Prepare the pudding mix according to package instructions, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the mini marshmallows.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture over the cooled pretzel crust. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth texture. Drain pineapple well to avoid excess liquid.
