- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine the crushed pretzels and melted butter, then press into a 9×13 inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and crushed pineapple gently.
- Prepare the pudding mix according to package instructions, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture until smooth.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows.
- Spread the creamy mixture over the cooled pretzel crust. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth texture. Drain pineapple well to avoid excess liquid.
