Description

A creamy and cheesy pimento cheese hash brown casserole that’s perfect for brunch, potlucks, or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup pimento cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the frozen hash browns, pimento cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and green onions in a large bowl.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
