- 1 bag frozen hash browns
- 1 cup pimento cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the frozen hash browns, pimento cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and green onions in a large bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
