Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal and cleanup.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until crumbled and moist.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to create a solid layer that will hold your creamy filling.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition to ensure a fluffy texture without lumps.

  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and spread evenly. Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
