Quick and delicious pesto chicken wraps filled with tender chicken, fresh spinach, and juicy cherry tomatoes, perfect for a busy evening.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and pesto sauce until well mixed.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Place spinach, halved cherry tomatoes, and pesto chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides.
- Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later enjoyment.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time and feel free to mix in other veggies. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 2 days.
