Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (12-ounce) package chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into egg-shaped forms and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for about 30 minutes to set.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
