- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar

- 1 (12-ounce) package chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into egg-shaped forms and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze for about 30 minutes to set.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together until smooth.
- Dip the peanut butter eggs in the chocolate, coating evenly, then place back on the baking sheet.
