Delightful peach cobbler cinnamon rolls filled with sweet peaches and topped with a crunchy crumb mixture.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup canned peaches, drained and diced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup flour (for crumb)
- 1/4 cup butter (for crumb)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add softened butter and milk to the dry mixture, and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the diced peaches evenly over the rolled dough.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over the peaches.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log, then slice into 12 equal rolls.
- Prepare the crumb topping by combining oats, flour, softened butter, and brown sugar until crumbly.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cut sides up, and sprinkle the crumb mixture on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool the rolls before serving.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for 2-3 days at room temperature or up to a week in the refrigerator.
