Description

Delightful peach cobbler cinnamon rolls filled with sweet peaches and topped with a crunchy crumb mixture.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup canned peaches, drained and diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup flour (for crumb)
  • 1/4 cup butter (for crumb)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add softened butter and milk to the dry mixture, and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  5. Spread the diced peaches evenly over the rolled dough.
  6. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar over the peaches.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log, then slice into 12 equal rolls.
  8. Prepare the crumb topping by combining oats, flour, softened butter, and brown sugar until crumbly.
  9. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish, cut sides up, and sprinkle the crumb mixture on top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  11. Cool the rolls before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for 2-3 days at room temperature or up to a week in the refrigerator.
