Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl.
  3. Beat the two large eggs in another bowl until well mixed.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  5. Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then dredge in the cheese-breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken on each side until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  8. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds.
  9. Pour in the heavy cream, stir, and cook until slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
  10. Serve each chicken breast with creamy garlic sauce on top and garnish with fresh parsley.
