- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl.
- Beat the two large eggs in another bowl until well mixed.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then dredge in the cheese-breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken on each side until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stir, and cook until slightly thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve each chicken breast with creamy garlic sauce on top and garnish with fresh parsley.
