Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Add the bite-sized chicken pieces to your marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for richer flavor.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto your skewers.
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden and juicy.
- Serve hot off the grill, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
Notes
Soaking wooden skewers in water prevents burning. Make extra marinade to use as a sauce for serving. Experiment with different proteins based on preference.
