Description

Crispy phyllo rolls filled with creamy feta cheese, seasoned with spices, and drizzled with sweet chili honey.


Ingredients

  • Feta cheese
  • Phyllo dough
  • Olive oil
  • Chili flakes
  • Honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and add salt, pepper, and chili flakes; mix gently.
  3. Lay a sheet of phyllo dough flat and brush with olive oil.
  4. Place a portion of the feta mixture at one end and roll it up, tucking the sides in to seal.
  5. Place the rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Drizzle with honey before serving.

Notes

Keep phyllo sheets covered with a damp cloth when not in use. You can also mix in spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
