Ingredients
- Feta cheese
- Phyllo dough
- Olive oil
- Chili flakes
- Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and add salt, pepper, and chili flakes; mix gently.
- Lay a sheet of phyllo dough flat and brush with olive oil.
- Place a portion of the feta mixture at one end and roll it up, tucking the sides in to seal.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with honey before serving.
Notes
Keep phyllo sheets covered with a damp cloth when not in use. You can also mix in spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
