- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned.
- In a bowl, mix honey and BBQ sauce together.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.
- Add the rice and chicken broth to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Bring to a simmer, reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes or until the rice is tender.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
