- 1 jar (16 oz) sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained sauerkraut, carrots, celery, onions, and green bell pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar with the mayonnaise until smooth.
- Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the vegetable mixture and stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
