- 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Layer half of the sliced strawberries in the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the strawberries.
- Repeat with the remaining strawberries and cream mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier blending. Add a splash of lemon juice to sliced strawberries to prevent browning.
