Description

A creamy, dreamy no bake dessert layered with fresh strawberries and fluffy cream, perfect for warm days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Layer half of the sliced strawberries in the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  5. Spread half of the cream mixture over the strawberries.
  6. Repeat with the remaining strawberries and cream mixture.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for easier blending. Add a splash of lemon juice to sliced strawberries to prevent browning.
