Description

A delightful no-bake dessert with layers of cream cheese, whipped cream, and Speculoos cookies, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cookie butter
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 package Speculoos cookies
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Chocolate shavings or additional cookie crumbles for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and cookie butter together until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Dip each Speculoos cookie into the milk quickly to soften, then layer them at the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the cookies.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with the cream cheese mixture on top.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Before serving, top with chocolate shavings or additional cookie crumbles if desired.

Notes

For the best texture, soak the cookies briefly. Adjust whipped cream for desired lightness.
