- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cookie butter
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 package Speculoos cookies
- 1/2 cup milk
- Chocolate shavings or additional cookie crumbles for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and cookie butter together until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Dip each Speculoos cookie into the milk quickly to soften, then layer them at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients, finishing with the cream cheese mixture on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with chocolate shavings or additional cookie crumbles if desired.
Notes
For the best texture, soak the cookies briefly. Adjust whipped cream for desired lightness.
