- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup asiago cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until tender, about 5-6 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, then mix in the asiago cheese until melted.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the sauce over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve.
