- 8 oz noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown the ground beef in the skillet until fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Infuse with minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the sliced bell pepper and cook until tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce and hoisin sauce, stirring to coat the beef and veggies.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the mixture in the skillet, tossing well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with chopped green onions before serving!
