Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head of green cabbage, chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  4. Brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked.
  5. Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, cauliflower rice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Continue cooking until the cabbage is tender.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
