- 1 head of green cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened.
- Brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked.
- Stir in the chopped cabbage, diced tomatoes, cauliflower rice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Continue cooking until the cabbage is tender.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
