- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Top with sugar-free ketchup for a glossy finish.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let the meatloaf sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
