- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop finely.
- Combine broccoli, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Drop the mixture by spoonfuls into the skillet, flattening them slightly.
- Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.

For extra crispiness, ensure broccoli is finely chopped and drain excess oil after frying.
