Description

Crispy and flavorful low carb fritters made from wholesome broccoli, perfect as a snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli until tender, then chop finely.
  2. Combine broccoli, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Drop the mixture by spoonfuls into the skillet, flattening them slightly.
  5. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
