Description

A creamy and tangy dressing that enhances salads and various dishes with a burst of flavor.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 large lemons)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons water (or more as needed)

Instructions

  1. Finely mince the garlic and add it to a bowl or jar.
  2. Add tahini, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt, dijon mustard, and maple syrup.
  3. Start with 1/4 cup of water and mix everything together well.
  4. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if necessary.
  5. Taste and adjust flavors as desired.
  6. Drizzle over salads or roasted vegetables and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake before use.
