A creamy and tangy dressing that enhances salads and various dishes with a burst of flavor.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 large lemons)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons water (or more as needed)
Instructions
- Finely mince the garlic and add it to a bowl or jar.
- Add tahini, olive oil, fresh lemon juice, salt, dijon mustard, and maple syrup.
- Start with 1/4 cup of water and mix everything together well.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more water if necessary.
- Taste and adjust flavors as desired.
- Drizzle over salads or roasted vegetables and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftover dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake before use.
