Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth; add sugar and mix until creamy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then incorporate lemon zest, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture, alternating with lemon juice.
- Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean; cover with foil if browning too quickly.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with lemon and orange juices until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread, slice, and serve!
