Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Mahi-Mahi fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lime zest, lime juice, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin.
  2. Marinate the Fillets: Gently toss the Mahi-Mahi fillets in the marinade, ensuring they’re fully coated. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the Fillets: Place the marinated fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve with Garnish: Once done, remove the fillets from the grill and serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
