- 4 Mahi-Mahi fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lime zest, lime juice, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin.
- Marinate the Fillets: Gently toss the Mahi-Mahi fillets in the marinade, ensuring they’re fully coated. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the Fillets: Place the marinated fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Serve with Garnish: Once done, remove the fillets from the grill and serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
