Description

Experience the vibrant flavors of the tropics with this juicy grilled chicken marinated in a delightful blend of orange, lime, and pineapple juices.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, lime juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the grill, let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding crushed red pepper flakes to the marinade.
