Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Combine the ground turkey, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, egg, minced garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes (if using), and chopped parsley in a mixing bowl.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Form the turkey mixture into meatballs about one inch in size.
  4. Place the meatballs in the skillet and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally.
