Description

A delightful and low-carb twist on the classic tiramisu, featuring creamy mascarpone, fresh strawberries, and coffee-soaked biscuits.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol (or other keto sweetener)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • Almond or coconut flour biscuits (for layering)

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Dip the almond or coconut flour biscuits in the cooled coffee and layer them in a dish.
  3. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the biscuits.
  4. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining biscuits, mascarpone mixture, and strawberries.
  6. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before enjoying.

Notes

For a sweeter dessert, adjust the erythritol to taste. Use cooled coffee to prevent soggy biscuits.
