Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. Brown the ground beef in the skillet, draining excess fat.
  4. Stir in the cauliflower florets and cook for about five minutes.
  5. Mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  6. Combine the beef and cream mixtures in the skillet, adding the cooked bacon and half of the shredded cheese.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
