- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Brown the ground beef in the skillet, draining excess fat.
- Stir in the cauliflower florets and cook for about five minutes.
- Mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Combine the beef and cream mixtures in the skillet, adding the cooked bacon and half of the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
