- 4 slices of corned beef
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup of sauerkraut, drained
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay out the corned beef slices on a clean work surface and spread mustard evenly over each slice.
- Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each corned beef slice.
- Add a spoonful of sauerkraut on top of the cheese.
- Roll up each slice tightly, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and allow it to heat until it shimmers.
- Place the roll-ups seam side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
