Description

A creamy, cheesy casserole packed with seasoned chicken and broccoli, all wrapped in a rich alfredo sauce and topped with melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until just tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, sautéed broccoli, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a lower-carb option, substitute broccoli with cauliflower florets. Rotisserie chicken can save time.
