- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook until just tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, sautéed broccoli, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a lower-carb option, substitute broccoli with cauliflower florets. Rotisserie chicken can save time.
