Description

Delicious keto-friendly garlic breadsticks that satisfy cravings for cheesy indulgence while being low in carbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until fully melted and combined.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add the melted cheese mixture and the egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a rectangle shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Brush melted butter on top of the dough and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, cut into sticks, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve these breadsticks with marinara sauce for dipping, or use them as a base for mini pizzas.
