Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until fully melted and combined.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the melted cheese mixture and the egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Spread the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet into a rectangle shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Brush melted butter on top of the dough and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, cut into sticks, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve these breadsticks with marinara sauce for dipping, or use them as a base for mini pizzas.
