Description

A simple yet divine Italian bread with a golden crust and fluffy, cheesy interior, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, sugar, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, olive oil, and egg.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan and slicing.
