- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, sugar, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, olive oil, and egg.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan and slicing.
