Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach and cottage cheese; stir until well mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the spinach and cottage cheese mixture; gently fold until the dough starts to come together.
  5. Add the beaten egg and mix until well combined.
  6. Shape the dough into bagel-like rounds and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
