- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach and cottage cheese; stir until well mixed.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Add the dry ingredients to the spinach and cottage cheese mixture; gently fold until the dough starts to come together.
- Add the beaten egg and mix until well combined.
- Shape the dough into bagel-like rounds and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
